How often should concrete be sealed in Las Vegas?

Due to Las Vegas's extreme UV exposure, we recommend sealing every 2–3 years for film-forming sealers and every 3–5 years for penetrating sealers. High-traffic areas may need more frequent resealing.

Will sealing make my concrete slippery?

Film-forming sealers can increase slipperiness when wet. We add non-slip aggregate to all sealers applied to pool decks, patios, and other areas where slip resistance is important.

Can you seal stamped or colored concrete?

Yes. We have sealers specifically formulated for stamped and colored concrete that enhance the color and protect the decorative finish.

How long after sealing can I use the concrete?

Most sealers allow foot traffic within 24 hours and vehicle traffic within 48–72 hours. We'll provide specific instructions for the sealer used on your project.
